All users who login to your web application have to be first registered in the user table. If you have fields other than UserID in the Enter / Edit Web Users dialog, you must first add them to the user table ("mytable") with a conventional desktop form or browse.

When you create a new Label or Letter layout, the editor automatically inserts a Rich Text object. If you unsure whether you have a rich text object, hold the cursor above the object until Alpha Anywhere displays its name.

Every object in the letter layout has border properties you may set. By default, most objects' borders are invisible. To make them appear, right click on the object, select Properties... > Border from the right-click menu, and set the border properties in the Properties dialog box.
