How to Apply Security Settings Client-Side
Description
Security settings can be applied client-side to dynamically display controls in an application, such as in Cordova applications.
Discussion
Controls in an application can be dynamically shown based on a user's "role" in the security framework. For example, a button can be configured to be visible only if a user has the "Administration" role.
Security settings in most Alpha Anywhere applications are enforced server-side. However, in some situations, such as in a Cordova application, you may want to enforce security settings client-side.
