Base pen
Description
The base pen that will be used when no other pen has been selected.
The base pen is the default pen when an ink control has an overlay. Clicking the 
button
next to the 'Base pen' property will open the 'Pen Editor' which contains some settings to adjust the
pen's color, width, and line cap.
