Description
Enter in the 'Bubble help' property to provide bubble help for the label control.
Bubble help on a Label control
This bubble help shows up when you hover over the control itself, represented by a line in this case. The text in this example
is defined in the Field Label section of the properties list. This section also contains its own bubble help property, which appears
when you highlight over the Field Label text "Label1".
