'Fetch More' control style

Description

Specify the in-line style for the button or div tag for the 'Fetch More' control.

Clicking the button next to the 'Fetch More' control style property gives you access to the Style Editor for the control. This lets you alter the css in control, changing the font, background, and a host of other properties.
