The MobileAppFramework_PanelNavigator_with_List_menu_in_ControlBar_Disclosure template is an application layout with a dropdown menu for navigating multiple views, or "Panels". The UX Component template contains a Panel Navigator with multiple Panel Cards and a header with a ControlBar. The ControlBar has a button that displays a list of menu options. When an option is selected, the app navigates to one of the panels. The menu options are created using a List, which is placed inside an Injectible container which is shown in the ControlBar's disclosure.
