Base SQL SELECT statement on selected fields

Description

Specify whether displayed fields or all fields should be included in a Grid component based on a Table.

Discussion

If the Grid is based on a Table, the SQL SELECT statement is auto-generated. If this box is un-checked, the SELECT statement will include all of the fields in the table. If checked, only field fields actually used in the Grid will be included in the SELECT statement.
